These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of RealtyContentAI (the "Service"), an AI-assisted content creation and social media publishing platform for real estate agents. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RealtyContentAI helps real estate agents generate content ideas, scripts, and videos, and — where the agent explicitly connects a social account — publish that content to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok on the agent's behalf. Content suggestions, scripts, and coaching feedback are generated using third-party AI models and are provided for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published or sent to a client or lead.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may connect third-party social media accounts to enable publishing and analytics features. You are solely responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service (e.g. Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's Developer Terms). You may disconnect a social account at any time from your account settings, which revokes the Service's access to that account.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate through the Service. You grant RealtyContentAI a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service, including publishing it to platforms you have connected.
Scripts, captions, coaching feedback, and lead-response suggestions are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. RealtyContentAI does not guarantee the accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing all content — including for real estate advertising and fair housing compliance — before publishing or relying on it.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyContentAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including actions taken by connected third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
