This Privacy Policy explains how RealtyContentAI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI-assisted content and social media publishing platform for real estate agents.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, brokerage details, and hashed password.
• Social account data: when you connect a platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), we store an encrypted OAuth access token and basic profile/page identifiers needed to publish content and read analytics on your behalf.
• Content: scripts, videos, images, and captions you create or upload, and content generated on your behalf.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, request timestamps, and feature usage, used for security, rate-limiting, and reliability.
• Billing data: subscription plan and payment status, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service, including generating content and publishing to platforms you connect;
• To authenticate you and secure your account;
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. publishing status, billing, coaching feedback);
• To improve reliability and detect abuse.

3. Social Platform Data (Facebook / Meta, TikTok, and others)

When you connect a social account, we request only the permissions needed to publish content and retrieve basic analytics for pages/accounts you explicitly authorize. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed in the app or API responses. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the platform's own security/app settings, which immediately stops our access.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following categories of subprocessors to operate the Service:

• Cloud database hosting (Supabase/PostgreSQL) for account and application data;
• Object storage (Cloudflare R2) for uploaded and generated video/image files;
• AI model providers (via OpenRouter) to generate scripts, captions, and coaching suggestions;
• Video rendering service (Shotstack) to assemble edited videos;
• Social media platform APIs (Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and others you connect) to publish content and read analytics.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service and are bound by their own data protection obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and revoke connected social tokens within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Social platform access tokens are encrypted (AES-256) before storage. Access to production systems is restricted, and traffic is served over HTTPS.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may disconnect any social account at any time. To make a request, contact support@realtycontentai.site.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
